Camp Drill.
A play from the Ends, about the Ends charged for the Ends. Aayan Shoderu‘s crticially acclaimed and sold out directorial debut is an epic inner city London story bringing a refreshing take to British theatres. Through its monumental movement from the immediate start to its legato lyricissm which is emobdied magestically by the ensmeble. Shoderu’s composition of his charahcters is three dimensional and epic. He submerges us into a world he knows true to him and shares the complexities of masculinity and ambition through the metaphor of a ‘camp’ where young men compete to be the baddest of them all.
Synopsis:
Person 2 seems to be the only person with their head screwed on round here, there's guys dropping bars, applicants getting slapped about, people being dragged kicked and spat on. What the fuck is going on?
The original production of Camp Drill partnered with Arts against Knives where proceeds raised from the production went directly to the organisation.
